After famously rushing to assist a photographer who fell on the 2023 Oscars red carpet, pop icon and apparent emergency preparedness queen Lady Gaga has attempted to help another fallen shutterbug at Monday night's *Devil Wears Prada 2** *premiere.

Gaga — whom ** previously confirmed has a cameo and performance scene in *The Devil Wears Prada 2* opposite Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway — attended the highly anticipated sequel's premiere in New York City, where she was captured on camera checking in on a photographer who fell immediately after Gaga walked out onto the red carpet.

In footage shared by Bustle (below), the *Mayhem* Grammy winner can be seen asking, "You okay?" after she appeared to be shocked by the fall — which the outlet confirmed in its video caption happened off-camera.

"People always be collapsing in front of her," one user joked in the comments under the outlet's video. "I don’t blame them tbh."

Another added a reference to one of Gaga's signature songs from 2008's *The Fame*, writing, "The mother taking care of her paparazzi."

The moment recalled Gaga's headline-making rush to help a fallen photographer on the red carpet just before the start of the 2023 Academy Awards, where her *Top Gun: Maverick* tune "Hold My Hand" was nominated for Best Original Song.

Footage from that event showed the photographer tumbling as he tried to walk past Gaga, with the crowd gasping around him in the moment.

Gaga quickly ran over to check on him, rushing past others in a Versace gown.

"That was very nice of you!" someone said in the background, before Gaga continued to make her way into the Dolby Theatre venue.

Gaga attended Monday's *Devil Wears Prada 2 *premiere in support of her cameo in the film, for which she also recorded a few soundtrack songs, including "Runway," the Doechii-assisted single that debuted in the final *Devil Wears Prada 2* trailer earlier this month.

She posed for photos alongside fellow stars Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, and director David Frankel, who all took the stage to introduce the film at the world premiere.

Outside of her small role in the sequel, Gaga recently wrapped her *Mayhem* tour, which launched in 2025. The campaign for the album also included a surprise performance alongside headliner Bad Bunny during February's Super Bowl halftime show.
