Influencer Katie Anderson is proudly showing off the results of her facelift.
The social media star, 48, revealed the results of her second facelift and a neck lift in a “three months post-op update” on Instagram on Monday, Feb. 16, and said that she is “happy” she decided to go ahead with the cosmetic procedures.
In a clip filmed before her plastic surgery, a makeup-free Anderson was seen showcasing her face and neck in front of the camera while mouthing the lyrics, “I think you know what this is…,” from Tate McRae’s 2025 track “Sports Car.”
The camera zoomed in on Anderson’s face before panning out to reveal her smiling after having undergone the cosmetic procedures while sitting in a chair. Her skin appeared smoother as she wore rosy pink blush and matching lipstick.
“3 months post-op and still so glad I did this. A personal choice, for me and only me — and I’m happy I shared the journey with you," Anderson wrote to her 3.3 million Instagram followers in the caption.
Anderson then thanked her plastic surgeon, Jonathan Zelken, “for being the best in every way” throughout her plastic surgery journey. "He listened, he was honest, he answered any and all questions I had and he cared,” she added, including the hashtags "#beforeandafter #necklift #facelift #im48yearsold."
Anderson posts popular video content of her family life at home with her seven children, shared with her physician husband, Charles Stauffer.

On Nov. 30, 2025, the social media star revealed on Instagram that she had had her second facelift, after her first one “didn’t go as planned,” as she shared a video featuring how she looked before under going the knife for a second time and documenting the procedure.
Anderson was seen lying in a hospital bed with pen markings all over her face before the surgery and covered in bandages and swollen face afterwards. She then shared daily clips of her facelift results up to two weeks after the procedure.
“Like they say you're not ugly, I just had a facelift … well actually two of them!!” Anderson captioned the post. “Again, I'm not saying anybody needs to do this. I did it for me and I just wanted to be transparent.”

“After my first failed attempt, I'm so happy I found @jonathanzelkenmd. There is nobody better. I feel soo amazing and I still have a lot of healing to do…,” Anderson said, adding to her followers to “be kind” to her after the surgery.

In October 2025, Anderson opened up on Instagram about her three-year journey of changing her appearance.
“Who am I trying to impress? Me … For over two years, I’ve held onto the results … stronger, healthier, and still showing up for myself. Because this was never about anyone else. 💪✨,” she wrote.
